Diferencias de carga externa de entrenamiento en ejercicios de baloncesto por medio de acelerometría

Objetivo: Verificar diferencias individuales y de equipo de carga externa por acelerometría en distintos ejercicios de entrenamiento de baloncesto. Metodología: En el estudio participaron 11 jugadores de baloncesto universitarios (Edad 22 ± 4 años). Durante dos sesiones de entrenamiento con actividades específicas de baloncesto se midió la carga externa por medio de la ecuación de la “Carga del jugador” utilizando como instrumentos acelerómetros triaxiales (ActiGraph GT3X+; ActiGraph LLC, Pensacola, Florida). Resultados: Se encontraron diferencias significativas en valores de “Carga del jugador” entre los ejercicios (X2 = 69.86, p < .01), así como diferencias (p < .01) entre los sujetos de estudio. Conclusiones: Los acelerómetros triaxiales tienen la capacidad de diferenciar la carga externa que se ejecuta en los distintos ejercicios de una sesión de entrenamiento de baloncesto. Los jugadores que participan de manera simultánea en un ejercicio determinado arrojan valores de carga externa diferenciados.
