Abstract

Introduction: Soccer is the most popular and most practiced sport in the world, the need arises to improve its planning systems and find a balance between its training loads and rest. Thanks to technology and all its advances, the development of workload monitoring systems provides us with contextualized data information for analysis. Objective: Analyze the external load variables by game position. Methodology: Women’s Mx League players belonging to FC Juárez, age 22.43 ± 3 years, weight 63.64 ± 3.58 kg. and height 1.65 ± 0.06 m. Statistical analysis for significance level p > .05 Shapiro-Wilk. ANOVA parametric analysis and Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric analysis. Results: External load, differences between D-MD and DL-DC p < .05 and DC-MD p < .01, Deceleration and steps, the significant difference between D and the rest of the positions stands out, Jumps DL-MO p < .001 and DC-MO p < .05. Conclusions: Differences were found in most of the game positions in almost all the variables analyzed, except the distance, for this reason it is important that training planning be focused specifically for each game position.
