2. Responsibility for the author's intellectual work: The responsibility for the authenticity, quality, originality, and content of the manuscript rests exclusively with the authors. The use of AI tools does not exempt them from this responsibility.

AUTHORSHIP AND SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION
3. AI has no authorship: AI tools may not be recognized as authors or co-authors of any article, as they do not meet the criteria for academic authorship and cannot assume responsibility for the content they generate.

4. Responsible use of AI tools: AI tools may be used to support specific tasks related to research or academic writing, always under human supervision and with a clear declaration of their use.

5. Content Verification: Authors must review, validate, and assume responsibility for all information generated or assisted by AI, ensuring data reliability, the relevance of references, and the consistency of the conclusions presented.

ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
6. Prohibition of Misconduct: The use of AI tools to manipulate or fabricate data, invent references, conceal plagiarism, use false information, or perform any other action that compromises the academic and scientific integrity of the work is strictly prohibited.

USE OF AI IN EVALUATION AND EDITING PROCESSES
7. Use by Reviewers: Reviewers may use AI tools only as supplementary support for formal aspects of the evaluation. Under no circumstances will AI replace critical judgment, academic expertise, or the rigor of the review process. Reviewers must also preserve the confidentiality of manuscripts and avoid sharing sensitive information on platforms that may store or use the data for training.

8. Use by the Editorial Team: Editors may use AI tools for administrative tasks, similarity detection, proofreading, or technical support. However, all editorial decisions will be made by people and will be subject to the judgment and responsibility of the editorial team.

Failure to comply with these provisions may result in the rejection of manuscripts, depending on the severity of the detected fraud.

AI Use Declaration: Authors must indicate whether they used artificial intelligence tools and briefly describe their purpose in the AI ​​Use Declaration section. If they did not use them, they must expressly state: "The authors declare that they did not use artificial intelligence tools in the preparation of this work.
